1. Create your design
We start by designing your cool room with two key things in mind: Suitability & Performance. When you get in contact with us, we discuss with you your needs, requirements, and additional features for your new cool room. We then offer an onsite consultation to identify and advise on your best options.
2. Review our proposal
We’ll provide our quote and a plan based on our discussions. This proposal will list any special requirements for construction and show how we’ve customised your cool room to meet your individual needs. If you have any questions at this stage, our team is here to answer them.
3. Finalise the plan
This is where we confirm there are no more changes or upgrades you would still like to make. Once completely finalised, we begin construction. With the quality workmanship by our team of cool room construction specialists, you can expect your completed unit to be built professionally and quickly.

This offers many advantages including the reduction of your capital needs as well as allowing the monthly rental costs to be 100% tax deductible.
